California's Joint Committee on the Arts to hold Creative Economy Hearing

California Arts Council Chair Donn Harris to testify with other creative industry experts

Sacramento -

 On Wednesday, April 15, the Joint Committee on the Arts, chaired by Senator Ben Allen, will explore the interwoven role of creativity and innovation as a driving force of California's economy in diverse industry sectors. During the hearing the latest Statewide data in this year's Otis Report on the Creative Economy, a follow-up to last year's inaugural statewide assessment, will be revealed.
