The Statewide Networks Program supports organizational capacity and delivery of services to artists and arts organizations to strengthen California's arts field. Sixteen organizations that provide services to artists and arts organizations through communications, professional development opportunities, networking, and arts advocacy were approved for funding at the Arts Council's meeting in June 2014.   MORE >>

The Arts Council is seeking input from the field on needs and interests for future services from the agency. When gathering input for our new strategic plan, our constituents overwhelmingly agreed that the Arts Council is uniquely positioned to provide convening, networking, and training opportunities. Six California organizations receive Our Town funds from NEA

The National Endowment for the Arts announced the most recent round of recipients of the Our Town program supporting creative placemaking. Six California organizations in Los Angeles County, the San Francisco Bay Area, and rural northern California will receive grants between $50K and $200K each.   MORE >>
