Just Released: Our New Strategic Plan

We're thrilled to share our new Strategic Plan, adopted at our annual meeting on January 22, 2014. This plan was developed to further our mission and to serve as a road map for our agency over the next three to five years. The plan is available in various forms, from a brief executive summary to a detailed plan with contributing data from our survey, interviews, and listening tours.

Thank you to all who contributed to the development of our plan, and a special thanks to our Council Vice-Chair, Susan Steinhauser, for her hard work in leading this process as Chair of our Strategic Planning Committee. We look forward to implementing this plan as a guide for the exciting times ahead for our agency and for the arts in California!   MORE >>
